Katharina Janka already worked for Stock + Partner during her legal clerkship. Katharina Janka advises clients in real estate law, especially on the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial real estates as well as in the legal asset management. A further focus of Katharina Janka’s consulting work is the initiation and structuring of closed-end funds regarding the regulatory requirements of the investment law and the corresponding assets as well as the advising and drafting of corporate and contract structures. Since January 2019 Katharina Janka is a Partner of the firm.
